No matter where the phone is sourced, Yatango makes all attempts to keep you regularly informed of when you can expect delivery.
For all instances (except Regular Post) you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website will be provided. This is emailed to you through our fulfilment system, normally on the evening of the day of shipment for metro areas and the following morning for regional or orders received late in the day.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website display correct stock status labels and that pricing is accurate. However, in the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available, the pricing incorrect, or that our suppliers are unable to fulfil the order within the time originally specified (listed in the availability status on each product page), we will notify you with a new ETA, or to arrange an agreeable alternative item, backorder or a full refund.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and the Yatango Shopping offers a secure check-out system with a variety of payment methods.

Yatango Shopping sells original, unlocked, top quality mobile phones, tablets and cameras, sourced from Australia and around the world. For efficiency and fastest delivery most devices are shipped direct from our logistics centres.
You can pick up a free SIM card and join Yatango Mobile as you check-out, but our devices are unlocked and will accept a SIM card from any network. However please note that part of Vodafone and Telstra's network operates on a slightly different frequency set (3G 850). You can view our full range of NextG devices by using the '3G 850' navigation filters.
Also note that the only true networks are Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone. The others are virtual networks and piggy back off these true networks so any phone that's compatible with the parent network will work happily on these virtual ones. If you are unsure please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
All Australian stock comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, which can be serviced at any authorised repair centre in your area. These items are detailed as having a local warranty in the respective product listing.
Unless otherwise stated within the product description, the majority of devices are sourced internationally as we get newer, better versions at more attractive prices. International stock is sourced from a variety of locations, dependent on availability, price and quality. As all stock ultimately comes from the same factories, in reality the only difference between devices sourced from Australia and overseas is in the charger, which may have a different plug.
To combat this we include an adaptor and, wherever possible, an Australian charger, to ensure you will never go short with your battery. International stock handsets come with an Australian warranty serviced by our warranty partner, Australian Warranty Services. Every effort is made to ensure that your new device is free from carrier software and branding, but this may not be possible for a small number of models. For example, it is very rare to be able source Blackberry devices free from carrier branding physically printed on the outside of device. Also, please be aware that some manuals and software may arrive in a non-English language, however we provide English versions in the specifications section of the product listing.Should you have difficulty tracking it down, please contact us and we will email you the digital version.
You may also find that there is a variation between the pre-installed software of an Australian and International version of the same device. In most cases the amount of 'bloatware' is lower in international stock, however some features advertised on the Australian manufacturer's website may not be present in our devices. Most electronic devices sent from our warehouse (such as mobiles, tablets and cameras) undergo a comprehensive testing procedure before shipping to reduce the likelihood of Dead on Arrival (DOA) returns. This means that the device is taken from it’s box, the battery is installed and the device is turned on. Our technician may then test various functions of the device to ensure that all is in working order. After testing the device is wiped, cleaned, re-shinkwrapped and presented as the quality assured, brand new item that it is. Please note that the manufacturers seal must often be removed for the quality assurance testing to take place.

Free Return Policy
Included with every order is a 30 day, free returns policy. You can claim a full refund or exchange of the item value (excluding shipping fees) on unused and unopened items. All returns and exchanges are performed at the sole discretion of Yatango Shopping and its nominated representatives. The decision on individual cases is at the discretion of Yatango Shopping and its nominated representatives and is final.
Handsets returned to Yatango Shopping without an RMA code will be refused delivery by Yatango Shopping’s representatives and the sender will be responsible for all return postage.

A full refund is available at any time prior to shipping. This includes pre-ordered items. It may also be possible to exchange your item prior to shipping from the Yatango Shopping warehouse. Different mobile phones may vary in the Sim Card Size that they take. You must ensure to arrange the correct sim card size for the desired phone. You can arrange to get these sim card sizes through your carrier.
